The price for Pocket
Inventory includes the first year's maintenance which consist of:
- Software updates for 1 year
- Unlimited
email support for 1 year
Annual maintenance is optional however support, including email
support, can only be provided to customers with up-to-date
maintenance contracts.
Email inquiries are
responded on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Telephone inquiries take priority over email inquiries.
NC
Hours
Your annual
maintenance contract for All Orders™ comes a specified
number of 'NC Hours'. NC Hours can be used for
telephone inquiries, remote control and
training. NC Hours are billed in increments of
1/4 hour. Minimum billing time are as follows:
- Telephone inquiries - 1/4 hour
- Remote control - 1/2 hour
- Training - 1 hour
Note:
You will not be billed if it is confirmed that the issue
relates to a bug or an undocumented feature.
You may purchase additional NC hours blocks as follows:

Training
NumberCruncher will train you on how to use NumberCruncher in conjunction with QuickBooks.
NumberCruncher offers both onsite and remote training
