Symptoms

When running 'Work Order that depend on me' report, you get the following error.

Error 5000: Error Processing Report

2016 Invalid control Collection Index ? control name not found or index out of range

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution:

If the latest update is 2.1.9 then update the update utility. Otherwise download and install the most recent update.
