Description
During conversion and other times, a 'failed to backup' error message occurs
Cause:
SQL SERVER Network Protocols are not enabled
Resolution:
Refer to FAQ# 158 and apply it on the SERVER, then on the WORKSTATION just open company and point to ncd file created on the server
