Description

When using QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions version 7 Release R1 or R2 (Ctrl 1) in multi-user mode and you synchronize with All Orders, you may get the following error:

The QuickBooks company data file is currently open in a mode other than the one specified by your application

Cause:

This is a known QuickBooks error which Intuit will release a patch (R3) shortly.

Resolution:

As a short-term term fix,  please switch to single user mode.
