Software Sales and Support


Job Responsibilities

Our prospective customers generally visit our website and register for a free trial. Using primarily chat, email and telephone, your job is to engage the customer, answer their pre-sales questions, provide remote training, assist them with implementation and handle their post-sale issues. All the while, you will document customer interactions in our ticketing system.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years customer service or technical support experience
  • Proficient with computer and Internet technology.
  • Understands eCommerce and/or inventory control concepts (e.g. Orders, Shipments, Credit Cards etc..)
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of databases, programming or QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Minimum Education Level - Associates Degree.
