This error occurs when sales orders or purchase orders are checked out and none of the line items on any of the orders contain any description information. As a work-around go to manage devices and clear the device. Go into your back-end and enter some description information into one of the line items on an order you will be checking out and check the device out again.
If you are experiencing this problem download the latest version of Pocket Inventory.
