Error -2147220953: Insufficient quantities to fulfill order

Description:

When trying to fill a Sales Order with items that have quantity on hand and Allow negative inventory is selected in preferences.  You may get the following error:

Error -2147220953: Insufficient quantities to fulfill order

Cause

This is a known issue which will be resolved in version 4.0.21

Resolution:

As a short term fix please do one of the following:

1.    Uncheck allow negative inventory in preferences

2.    In shipping preferences uncheck 'Auto fill quantity on shipping'.  The ship doc will not have any quantity filled in and will have to be entered manually.
